Free Traffic

Where to find Free Traffic Resources

Traffic is the lifeblood of Internet Marketing and everything you do to earn money on the Internet. There are two main types of free traffic: targeted and non-target.

Free Traffic sounds good, but what exactly is Targeted Traffic?

Targeted traffic is people looking to buy a product or service, and when they see your advertising links, banners, media buys, etc., they already have their wallet out, ready to pay for it. Non-targeted traffic is for example casual Internet users just surfing the web not looking for anything in particular. Free traffic also includes targeted traffic in the form of organic traffic from the search engines (SE).

Traffic Resource #1: Traffic Exchange

Traffic Exchange websites offer credit rewards in exchange for clicking (other) advertisers ads. You then use the credits earned to view your own URLs in the Traffic Exchange program, thus sending traffic hits to your links. TE traffic hits consists for the most part of non-buyer traffic, and I recommend to not waste your time clicking others ads to gain a few measly TE credits. If you absolutely must use TE services, pay for the traffic credits and spend your precious time being productive instead. Usually the most effective way of using TE is by unique and interesting splash pages with opt-in, so that you can can build a decently sized mailing list with it. Treat your list subscribers well and they may convert into buyers eventually.
